So this is the first meal plan for the month of March, but if you looked out my window right now, you wouldn't be able to believe that it's almost springtime. We had snow pretty much every day during the month of February and I just couldn't possibly be more over winter. But the one good thing about the persistent cold weather is that it's still more than acceptable to eat hearty, wintery things for dinner -- so that's what we're doing this week!
Monday: Monterey spaghetti, garlic bread
Tuesday: Balsamic chicken with roasted tomatoes, garlic and cheese orzo, steamed broccoli
Wednesday: Jalapeno popper burgers, baked oven fries
Thursday: Pasta with pancetta, chicken, and mushrooms
Friday: Open-faced chicken parmesan sandwiches, salad
Saturday: Slow-cooked pepper steak, rice
Sunday: Roasted vegetable soup, rolls

I love seeing your weekly meal plans. I wish my dinners were that organized. (more often than not we're forced to do frozen items due to lack of planning=(.)
Also, I see you have white pizza dip in your "coming soon" section. I have been eyeing a recipe of it and I'll be interested to see how it turns out for you!
I'm so curious about the balsamic chicken dish. I made a sandwich a looooong time ago using those flavors that we enjoyed, and this dish sounds yummy!
I don't think I've ever cooked orzo before. I'm going to try your recipe next time I want to serve something besides rice!
