Oh YUM! I know I can make this one..bookmarked! It is hard to make casseroles look appealing in a photo..lol I ahve to say though, that you did a great job with yours!
Sounds delicious! I can't wait to try this. Hope this week is going better for you:-)!
Looks like my kind of dish. Just great Cassie!
Usually the ones that taste the best don't look very good! This would go over well in my house.
I make this too!! I use Onion & Chive Cream Cheese though, and its tastes AMAZING! I also just layer it, kinda like lasagna; noodles, sour cream/cheese mixture, then meat. Then the shredded cheese! It is OH SO YUMMY!!
Okay, this is one of those recipes that I can just look at and tell is amazing. Why haven't I thought of it before?! Making this casserole ASAP, my husband loves casseroles and will be in heaven!
Okay, I kind of made this for dinner tonight! Made my own taco seasoning which I also added to the cream cheese mixture, and I used a big can of pinto beans instead of the meat. Served it with salad and melon. We really liked it and it couldn't be easier! Definitely a repeat :D
