Asian Cabbage Slaw

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons sugar
3 handfuls cole slaw mix
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
4 scallions, cut into matchsticks
1/2 fresh jalapeno, minced
1. In a large bowl, combine lime juice, rice vinegar, vegetable oil, and sugar; season with salt and whisk.
2. To dressing, add cole slaw mix, cilantro, scallions, and jalapeno, and toss to combine.
