I didn't pound out my breasts, so I baked them longer (about 35-40 mins). I did put them on a rack on a cookie sheet so they'd crisp underneath, but they still got soggy once plated. We really enjoyed them (and Mr. H is not a fan of parm).Monica Hhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14767867041043811045noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5018135012385481283.post-23657937053734397792011-04-21T18:40:37.786-04:002011-04-21T18:40:37.786-04:00I have this in the oven as I type. I'll let you know how they turn out.Monica Hhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14767867041043811045noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5018135012385481283.post-32667940149510616462011-04-21T09:44:47.758-04:002011-04-21T09:44:47.758-04:00Well HELLO there yumminess! I haven't tried it yet, but I can see the sense in it that the hot air flow would be all around the food baking... just thought I'd share!4*KowBoyshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00535350116179602431noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5018135012385481283.post-44859866726140911992011-04-19T14:02:00.256-04:002011-04-19T14:02:00.256-04:00Sounds Wonderful!Sounds Wonderful!Cheese Curd In Paradisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17521549959959508911noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5018135012385481283.post-64105014963945777622011-04-19T12:38:23.974-04:002011-04-19T12:38:23.974-04:00This sounds great. If you bake the coated chicken on a wire cooling rack, it will prevent the bottom of the piece from getting soggy because the air can get all the way around the piece of chicken.Tessahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01947222387672744737noreply@blogger.com
